Dr. George Tiller, an abortionist who performed abortions throughout all stages of pregnancy, was gunned down on Sunday in Wichita.   We extend our prayers and sympathies to the family of Dr. Tiller.  Pregnancy Care Center condemns the murder of Dr. Tiller and any violent acts as a means of ending abortion. 

Pregnancy Care Center (PCC) of Springfield provides life-affirming pregnancy and relationship educational services to women and men, ages 12 - 45, of Southwest Missouri.  The Springfield center provides these services at no charge.   Women facing unexpected pregnancy deserve to be fully informed about all pregnancy options before making a final pregnancy decision.  PCC equips them to make educated pregnancy choices by providing accurate, medical information about pregnancy options in a safe, compassionate environment.     

The purpose of PCC is to provide life-affirming services.  Therefore, the board of directors, staff and volunteers of our center do not support any type of violence or confrontation as a means of ending abortion.  Neither do we support any such activity against anyone who disagrees with our position on such issues.
